A 32-bit single-cycle RISC-V processor developed in Verilog with full RV32I instruction support and 15+ integrated datapath components, including the ALU, register file, PC logic and multiplexers.
- Integrated and validated the complete RV32I instruction set with a 100% testbench pass rate.
- Executed 30+ structured testbenches covering instruction flow, control-signal timing, ALU operations and single-cycle processor behavior.
- Designed and verified modular RTL components to ensure stable and deterministic processor operation.
